A rare & welcomed hangover-free Sunday, yesterday, spent walking up White Coppice. No rain but pretty much a hurricane up near the top – fun though! 17km.
Day 8: still drinking the green smoothies of goodness despite the lack of updates. This morning was banana, apricot, clementine, spinach, half water-half almond milk.
